American Heart Association
We are very involved with the Greater Charlotte Heart Walk both in volunteering and financial support. Heart disease affects so many Americans and even some people close to us. It is a privilege to partner with a great organization that promotes healthy living.
American Red Cross
Between blood drives, training, and fundraising, we have been proud supporters of the work the American Red Cross does here in North Carolina and across the country. They are there when people need it most.
Boy Scouts Of America - Mecklenburg County Council
We have several families involved with the Boy Scouts of America from many of our divisions. In addition, we have donated equipment to help complete service projects, helped with fundraising efforts, and financially supported the scouts.
Child Care Resources' Little Wonders
We support the mission of Child Care Resources that provides care, education, and training that impacts over 6,000 children. As they say, "Because early childhood matters. It always has. It always will." We have financially sponsored the Little Wonders event and are proud of the work they do.
Habitat for Humanity
LiftOne works closely with H4H since its primary resources; equipment and people are both perfectly suited for Habitat for Humanity as well as its “Re-Store” affiliates. Whether donating reconditioned forklifts, providing furniture dollies, supporting fund-raising events or participating in “build days”; LiftOne is proud to support H4H.
Many of our employees participated in fundraising and the annual 5K to help JDRF improve lives and search for a cure for type 1 diabetes. We are a proud supporter of this organization and look forward to the future.
March of Dimes
We are yearly supporters of the annual golf tournament and encourage our employees to support the March of Dimes organization. Their research into premature birth and birth defects are important to help protect our future generation.
Second Harvest Food Bank
LiftOne partners with Second Harvest in both the collection of food donations in many of its markets and the provision of donated walkie pallet trucks to replace the manual jacks they use in several of their facilities. The non-perishable goods collected are distributed by Second Harvest to more than 300 nonprofit agencies including food pantries, homeless shelters, soup kitchens, domestic abuse facilities, senior centers and daycare centers for low-income children.
Susan G. Komen
Our involvement has grown to be much more than donating equipment and generators. Our team members are actually doing everything from hanging banners, powering the stages/booths, to ferrying Carolina Panthers running backs 40’ off the ground. Our guys have become the backbone of the event’s success and an integral part of the Komen team.
