Location: Quail Hollow Club (3700 Gleneagles Road, Charlotte, NC 28210



Presidents Cup is a biennial global team competition between the US and an International team that represents the rest of the world excluding Europe.



Unlike many other events, the players do not recognize prize money based on performance. Instead, the PGA Tour pledges to contribute to charities, which are nominated by the players, captains and captains' assistants from both teams. Since the event's inception, more than $54.4 million has been raised for charity from event proceeds, as well as contributions made on behalf of the Presidents Cup, including a charitable donation of $5.3 million from the 2019 event alone.



Format: Presidents Cup competition consists of 30 matches:



  • Thursday: 5 four-ball or foursomes matches
  • Friday: 5 four-ball or foursomes matches
  • Saturday morning: 4 four-ball matches
  • Saturday afternoon: 4 foursomes matches
  • Sunday: 12 singles matches

  • Gates open at 10am
  • Opening ceremony at the 1st Tee
  • Tee times from 1:05pm - 1:53pm (5 matches, 18-minute intervals)
  • Format: Four-ball or foursome matches (to be confirmed)



FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 23

  • Gates open at 9am
  • Tee times from 11:35am - 12:35pm (5 matches, 15-minute intervals)
  • Format: Four-ball or foursome matches (to be confirmed)

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 24

  • Gates open at 6:30am
  • Morning tee times from 7:27am - 7:57pm (4 matches, 15-minute intervals)
  • Morning format: Four-ball matches
  • Afternoon tee times from 12:05pm - 12:50pm (4 matches, 12-minute intervals)
  • Afternoon format: Foursomes Matches

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 25

  • Gates open at 9am
  • Tee times from 12:02pm - 2:14pm (12 matches, 12-minute intervals)
  • Format: Singles matches
  • Closing Ceremony immediately following play

Transportation & Parking

Private Transport

Private bus shuttles will run between our LiftOne location in South Charlotte and the shuttle depot area near the Quail Hollow Club entrance, beginning Wednesday, September 21, 2022 through Sunday, September 25, 2022.



Inbound shuttle transportation will begin at LiftOne 30 minutes prior to gates opening each day. Shuttles will run inbound to Quail Hollow Club every 30 minutes from opening time up until 11AM at which point shuttles will adjust to run inbound to Quail Hollow every 1 hour. Last inbound shuttle trip will be at 3PM.



Outbound shuttle transportation will begin departing Quail Hollow Club at 11AM. To depart the tournament, please exit the course and proceed to the shuttle depot area (where the shuttle dropped off) and locate our Transportation Coordinator. The Coordinator will be identified by branded signage. This individual will call up the shuttle for your departure. Shuttles are expected to arrive within 15 minutes of the request for departure. Last shuttle departure from Quail Hollow Club will be at 7PM.

General Public Parking

For ticket holders interested in driving their vehicle to the event, a variety of parking options are available with six different designations and pricing ranging from complimentary to $40, subject to tax and fees. Shuttles will then transport guests to and from each lot to the main entrance at Quail Hollow Club. Only one (1) parking pass is needed for each vehicle.

Light Rail

Use the LYNX Blue Line which will transport fans to and from the event with multiple on-boarding locations en route to Quail Hollow. Exit the Light Rail at Sharon Road West station where shuttles will then transport travelers to the main entrance.

Rideshare

An Uber or Lyft pick-up / drop-off lot will be located on Gleneagles road, just across the street from the main entrance to the Presidents Cup.

Tickets & Hospitality Venue Access

MOBILE TICKETS

  • Tickets to the Presidents Cup will be mobile-only with contactless scanning at the entry to provide a convenient and efficient way to access your ticket(s)
  • Ticket(s) will be sent to your email account on file and will be accessible through your Ticketmaster.com account. Please use your mobile device to sign in
  • Be sure to add your digital tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay prior to arrival

WRISTBANDS

  • A wristband, in addition to a tournament ticket, is required in all hospitality areas
  • Wristbands will be applied to all hospitality guests at the entry to the venue
  • Wristbands do not allow access to the tournament; they allow access to a specific hospitality area only



YOUTH TICKET POLICY

  • Two (2) youth ages 15 and under per ticketed adult will be admitted onto the grounds free of charge
  • There is no pre-registration required for the Youth Ticket Program
  • For hospitality, youth over the age of 5 must have proper hospitality tickets to gain access to the venue

Policies & Procedures

MOBILE DEVICE POLICY

  • Devices must be on silent at all times; flash may not be used
  • Devices may be used to capture video, audio and photos (content) in all areas throughout tournament week
  • Content may be used for personal purposes (e.g., personal social media); no commercial use
  • No live streaming or real-time coverage (e.g., no shot-by-shot coverage)
  • Data use (e.g., texting) is permitted in all areas throughout tournament week
  • Phone calls are not allowed within close proximity to play
  • Please be respectful of play an do not interfere with players, caddies or media
  • All posted signage and instructions from tournament staff must be observed
  • Failure to comply with this policy may result in the revocation of your ticket



ALCOHOL POLICY

  • Strict adherence to alcoholic beverage consumption laws will be enforced in all areas
  • Alcohol cannot be served to anyone younger than 21; proof of age will be required for anyone younger than 35
  • Only two drinks may be purchased at a time; spectators are not allowed to carry more than two drinks at any given time



SMOKING AND VAPING

  • All hospitality areas are non-smoking



INCLEMENT WEATHER

  • If inclement weather is in the vicinity, spectators will be advised on electronic scoreboards. Spectators are encouraged to return to their vehicles or ticketed hospitality venue when this warning is given. Please do not presume that play will be canceled if it rains. Please follow our website and/or social media feeds for the latest weather information. Re-entry to the tournament will be allowed following a suspension of play



BANNERS

  • Banners and signs are strictly prohibited on the outside of tent structures, chalets or any fencing
  • The tournament will provide standard signs for all hospitality venues
  • Banners may be placed on the inside back or side walls of private hospitality tents and must be approved by the tournament prior to placement
  • Banners or additional signs are not permitted in shared hospitality venues



BAG POLICY

  • Only the following bags are allowed: clear bag smaller than 12" x 6" x 12", non-clear bags smaller than 6" x 6" x 6", 1-gallon plastic storage bag, and medically necessary and diaper bags; all items are subject to search.
