Insurance Requirements

All CTE vendors must meet these insurance requirements in order to become an approved vendor.



• Executed insurance and idemnification terms (Service & Transport Vendors)
• Current certificate of insurance per requirements (Service & Transport Vendors)
• Additional insured endorsement on Commercial General Liability (including Products and Completed Operations) and Automobile Liability in favor of CTE
• Waiver of subrogation endorsement on Workers' Compensation, Commercial General Liability, and Automobile Liability in favor of CTE
• Executed general safety/hazard agreement (Service & Transport Vendors)
• CTE reserves the right to request additional insurance limits, policies, or endorsements
• Umbrella/Excess Liability in excess of the Commercial General Liability, Automobile Liability and Employers Liability
• Insurance Carrier will be admitted in the State of Operations and have a Best Rating of A- VII or higher
